I started with the patch that gives you the post-january signings at the start of the 08/09 season, made some changes (players like Jagielka, Woodgate, Parker and Cardoza in) finished 4th (pipping Liverpool by one point) and won the Uefa Cup.

I'm trying to keep the squad in character with how I thought the team might develop so this summer has brought Barry, Rossi, Zhirkov and a couple of others.

Lots of players out, Benjani, Elano, Bellamy, Vassell etc

I've still got £86m left in my budget for the year and this is how the team is shaping up in the preseason to 09/10
