I've been on a diet for the last week and a half. I am aiming to lose a stone and a half by the middle of august. In my first week alone I lost 4lbs (woop me, I'm still fat).
The things is, I haven't been out drinking since starting this diet, and I know sooner or later (this friday/saturday to be precise) I'll have to have a social drink.
So what do you drink on a diet?
Gin and Tonic - fair enough, but for a whole night? Nah.
Glass of wine/Vodka and Tonic - not in front of workmates/friends
'Light' Beers - are these actually less in calories, or is it just a lighter taste?
