I reckon that just after the gig, he realised what refunding thousands and thousands of people would cost and he's probably been shitting himself ever since - hoping no-one would ask for one.

My friend bought a ticket for the gig and sold it for about £85 via eBay early on. Then the day before, there were loads going and he managed to get one for £7.

When he gets his refund he'll have made a profit of about £80. Sweet.
