She text me tonight saying 'everything okay with us?' to which i reply 'yeah of course, you're a great friend and that's how it will always stay' which i think was appropriate.

So she replies 'you know i love you though yeah? I don't ever want us to grow apart. It would break my heart. X'

so i say

'friends for life.x.'

and then she says 'promise? i love you :) x'

Why do people throw around the term i love you so much...really annoying...should i just headbutt her the next time i see her?
