My omelettes are usually delicious but totally messy and not good to look at at all. In fact they normally look like a big old eggy mess. I go for too much filling, that's my problem.
fry the mix till it's ggoing golden on the bottom, then add your ingredients (you can NEVER have too many) and then let it grow golden on the bottom and then pop the whole thing (frying pan in aw) under the grill and it will slwoly grill the top level of ingredients. then, with the slight crispy edges, you can easily fold it over ontop and serve.
was that I was putting all the ingredients in the mix right at the beginning, apart from the cheese. This is what happens when you don't bother finding out the right way of doing these things and just go for it.
Hooray, now I can make classy looking omelettes and impress everyone I know!
They were plenty good, but somehow lacking the proper omelettiness.
