1. Divebomb pushups
that looks horrendous. I suspect I wouldn't have the co-ordination.
it completely murders your abs. I can do about 2 reps of ten now but it hurts so much.
I think I'm AMAZING
and that variation on the plank where you have to lift yourself up onto your hands and go back down again. Throw in a pushup when you're in the extended position and you have a recipe for death.
That's one minute of my evening sorted then.
luckily I've got plent of barrels round the back that I can rest them on

knackering day all round. Wasa t the cheese counter earlier in Sainsburys and their scales had broken so I had to hold two giant Edams at arms length for 5 minutes just to help them out.
