The first time I did one, I was like "Holy shit, we're through the looking glass here people"
One of my colleagues gave me this task and was talkig about doing a lookup, which I nodded to as I vaguely knew them from college. As I looked at the data though I crumbled. I fumbled through until the result came through. Beautiful.
I cant remember how to do them any more, but I vaguely remember the glee you are currently experiencing when it actually worked!
and the v for that matter.
I'm just trying to work out an offset nested in a sumproduct array.

lookup for all v and ONLY differentiate when it is an h. You stinking amateur!
