has quite possibly the most annoying voice i've heard ever. i'm sitting here listening to Pavement full blast on headphones, and i can still hear the cunt even though he's downstairs and merely talking at his normal level.
it's this deep, booming baritone that goes through the walls and can be heard throughout the entire house...what makes it worse, a)he's a complete buffer and b) he never, ever shuts up and c) i work night shift, sleep during the day and also, he's one of these people that always has to be making noise, whether it's singing, burping, whistling or whatever.
