I think that this is acceptable.
Bodyweight at weekends. LAD.
Nothing if I'm in during the week, which is usually. Guiness tuesdays sometimes happen...which is usually 4-6 pints.
i think that's the optimum amount.

you beat me, i had about 7 pints and a shot of jaeger, though two of those pints were like half six and the rest a few hours after.
drinking makes people boring
but still probably too much
i can go a week without alcohol at all sometimes
yet other times i can end up topping 20 pints a week, which is quite a sizeable amount
acceptable amount? i dunno - depends what alcohol you're drinking. beer, for example, is incredibly calorific so if you're regularly drinking 20 pints + a week, you probably should be living a fairly active lifestyle otherwise you're going to end up developing a beer gut. if you're having the equivalent units in whiskey straight, it's not going to make you so much of a fatty
i'm not a doctor. the recommended no of units a week for blokes is 21. that's fair enough for me, the people who suggest that are far more qualified and know more about it than i. as long as you don't exceed that massively too often, i guess that means you'll stay healthy
i don't really see a problem with any level of consumption if it doesn't massively affect the rest of your life.
but i guess normally the average would be around 20 pints? i don't know, i don't really keep count
14 pints per week, going out twice, 7 on each night.
You're recommended to keep it at 10 I think, but I'm fairly so safe enough.
But probably less than that.
used to be around fifty pints a week, though. so i'm not doing too bad.
