ISP-related question / where's good for free wifi in London?

sean [Edit] [Delete] 11:54, 10 June '09

hi all,

in your experience, how long does it actually taken for your internet to be connected when you move flat? BE internet say it'll be 10days. I'm moving today, shifting phone number but have to wait 'til phone is set-up in new property before BE can begin the upto-10-day process.

just wondering if they say 10days to cover their arse or whether i have 10 whole dark days in internet cafes ahead.

also i noticed the diner just off of carnaby street does free wifi, is there anywhere as awesome but praps less gluttonous people recommend? ideally in central/w2-w9-ish area.

sean
p.s. oh and please message tom__ and luke slater (joe diddly) about any banning/thread-related stuff for the next few days. luke's helping out a couple of hours a day and tom's beavering away on a host of new developments.
