Namely, on vodafone. I am getting increasingly irritated by their extortionate bill every month for a contract which gives me sweet f.a. Is there a way I can renegotiate or leave them without having to pay a extortionate amount? I want to get a contract for about 25-30 which gives me access to an email phone and maybe skype or something for no extra charge, as I use email a lot these days.

Any ideas/experiences/recommendations you'd like to share to help me achieve that?
