I can't feel my legs, captain.
is it worth it? or should i not bother and just order a pizza?
The downside is that your legs hurt like nothing before.
my gym does it but am to scared to ask
led by an instructor. Basically 45 minutes of different styles (climbing, standing, 'jumps' which is like going to a standing from sitting position dead quickly then back, sprints). Absolutely hell at the time, but worth it.
When I did it, it wasn't so much the exercise itself that was the agony - the seats really really hurt my arse.
30 seconds full-on sprinting, 30 seconds 'recovery' which was basically still cycling just not as hard. My quads hate me.
i do however like watching a spinning class. LOLtastic
