Last night I had a fitness session with my Rugby club. We had an hour or so of touch rugby. Which is supposed to be non contact, just a touch to be tackled.
I was running at full tilt when my best mate straight armed me across the throat for no apparent reason. I was floored and struggling for breath. I immediately got up and had a little pushing and shoving match with him. He didn't apologise and I was really close to throwing a few fists at him.
