starts TODAY. Lets get beachfit! oh yeah!
Breakfast: Bowl of porridge. I overcooked it so it was glue and only ate half because it was foul.
Lunch: Chicken & chorizo salad. Mostly leaf.
Drinks: 1 x tea, 1 x pint of soda water and lime, about 12 cups of work water.
I'M SO HUNGRY. running later too. In this heat, i shall surely perish.
