If so, when you see, as I just have, a surname such as "Papaphilippopoulos" written down, can you say it out loud straight away without hesitating or stumbling over the syllables (sp)? Or, like me, do you have to work it out piece bt piece before you can say it as a whole?

Any other trivia on the peculiarities of Greek names, language and grammar would also be most welcome.
