needs to be done though, so I'll have to grin and bear it. I'm aiming to be have some form of fitness by the time I leave LAHNDAN in early August.
Can't you just go on an exercise bike and listen to music through your headphones?
usually done in a group with a trainer barking instructions at you for half an hour or so.

I think 45 mins for Spin is sufficient, as compared to hour long classes. Still, it's the best way to lose weight and include cardio. Nice one.
I can usually do like 30ish minutes on a normal gym bike, but i thought i may as well do this. Plus, I need too get in decent shape for the footy season.
you get to control how hard you have to pedal so just don't absolutely kill yourself. If you feel like you're about to pass out, just turn the resistance down.
to be fair it was quite (very at times), but i didn't pass out, have difficulty walking or out. Easily one of the toughest things I've done though, gym wise. The gym instructor was a very friendly French lady, yet this didn't disguise the fact that she insisted to conduct half the class not on the saddle. My thighs are killing me.
Probably going to do it again on Friday..
