I've arranged a weekend camping for August with a mate in the Lakes. Going to walk up Helvellyn (third highest English peak) and do some more walking. Camping near Ullswater and I'm hoping to see England's only Golden Eagle.

Not being the greatest camper, what essentials do I need? I've got a sleeping bag. Oh and a tent.
