So at the grand old age of 26 I finally find myself in a position where I actually need to wear a suit.

One question though. How much ankle/sock should I be showing? I guess you don’t want trousers that bunch up at your shoes because it ‘spoils the line’ or whatever, but then I don’t really want to look like I’m wearing 3/4 length shorts either. So what’s the proper amount?

What’s the sock etiquette as well? I was at a meeting in work a few weeks back and one of the higher-ups had socks that matched his shirt colour. It seemed pretty brave to me. But I also admired the attention to detail.
