I'm watching old episodes of Queer as Folk. I still love it.
None of the leading actors can act to save their lives, the script is terrible and I seem remember it being pretty ground breaking - but it still does play up to stereotypes, big time.

Are there any other shows like this that seem to do fantastically but really are pretty poor in one way or another.
