I've tried to reignite the pilot light three times (at spaced out intervals) and it's semi-worked (waters started to get warmer) then quickly failed again.

Obviously if it's still bust by tomorrow morning I'll just call the Landlord but I'd sooner just get it fixed now. Does anyone have any suggestions of why boilers don't work/general tips you can try?

Turning it off and on again isn't a good idea is it?
