Has anyone ever heard the word "dinch" used as an insult?

I had a dream last night where I was walking around calling everyone a "fucking dinch" despite the fact that I've never even heard the word used before.

The normal dictionary returns no results but a quick check on urban dictionary gives these two, which couldn't be more perfect;

Dinch: a general word to fire at someone when they are being very crap/horrible. It's meanings range from whore to idiot
"yea well I shagged both of them repeatedly for good measure, i'm also HIV positive."
"Omg you're a massive dinch."

Dinch
A pain in one's ass.
"I have a real dinch in my ass."

So, I obviously haven't dream invented it but I was wondering if anyone has heard it before? It's my new insult of choice.
