Bear in mind that

a) I really love Eternal Sunshine

b) I enjoy films based around imaginative, interesting concepts

c) but only if the concepts make sense, have some sort of emotional realism/psychological resonance to them

d) I hate pretentious arty meaningless nonsense where you construct your own meaning because the writer/director couldn't be arsed to do so themselves.

e) I actually liked that film by Michael Gondry that most people didn't. The one that involved the French guy and lots of dreams and stuff.
