Was nice, pricey..but not as nice as Tas
I've been around that area once or twice.
restaurant, really good food, massive menu and great atmos. Service has always been great for me.
i guess it is pretty close to las iguanas then? I love greek restaurants.
the set seafood lunch was nice but a bit impersonal.
about eating thread then? Not even sadpunk?
The Hope & Anchor on The Cut is a gastropub, and it's ace.
El Vergel on Lant Street is AMAZING, but unfortunately it's only open during working hours (good for lunch though).
i go there for lunch sometimes, but it closes too early for my usually-late-lunch-break (3pm i think). it's only up the road a bit for me (as you know).
and there's the best tapas in the world in Southwark but I'm not sure I'm allowed to tell you where it is...
is it that place on the corner of borough market?
Also, the Miller does decent pub grub.
