Has anyone ever done this before? Was it, ultimately a positive experience? Is it difficult to get counselling on the NHS? Do anti-depressants work or should you avoid them like the plague?

I realise people might not want to post publicly about this, but if anyone wants to message me, I'm very very scared and finding the whole concept quite difficult to face up to, and could really do with some support and stuff and amn't sure really who to turn to.
