So Roman Bednar of West Brom has been a naughty boy (Cocaine Buying Centric)
Caught buy News of the World buying Cocaine and Cannabis.
Now. Here is the thing. How can they ban him?
News of the world presumably have pictures of him buying lots of white stuff in a bag, with a big wad of notes.
West Brom/Fa/NoftW/Police/WADA/Fifa will want to prosecute him but he has failed no drugs tests.
If anyone attempts to sack/ban him i presume it will go to court. Now what idiot of a drug dealer is going to stand up in court and say "yes i sold him cocaine"? If he challenges any ban or punishment nobody will be able to produce someone to say it was cocaine. He could claim its talcum powder, NoftW will claim its Cocaine, but nobody can prove that surely?
Silly Boy, but ridiculous story from NoftW, have they paid a drug dealer for the pictures? are they liasing with known dealers without informing the police?
