yesterday i was passing a fish market and thought BY GOSH IMA BUY A FISH so i did and now i have a gutted fish with bright pink skin that weighs about a kilo. kinda exotic lookin'. if i didn't know that it wasn't a red snapper i'd say it were a red snapper. i think it's like a curowoaa or something. that's vaguely what i remember it being called
i just want to put it in the oven whole and eat it.
1) how long should i put it in, at what heat?
2) any tips for techniques to keep it tasty?
3) any recommendations for spices etc to get the most out of it?
