has anybody recently been krakow, warsaw or berlin ?
how much did you spend per day ?
and, like most places, it really depends on what you're planning to do? Also, would you be staying in a hotel or a hostel.. ?
Basically - more info required. But expect to pay more in Berlin than in Krakow / Warsaw.
i was just wondering how much i will need a day for food, drinks, musuems in poland/berlin
beer = between 4.9zl and 10zl for a pint (actually, 500ml), which ranges from just over £1, to about £2.50 ish. food is equally cheap if you eat polish stuff like pierogi. i got an amazing plate of pierogi for about 12zl i think. lush. bottled water or whatever is fairly cheap and i guess soft drinks are in bars but i only drank beer so not too sure.
i didn't go in many museums in krakow as there aren't many. transport is uber cheap but you won't need to use it if you're just staying in the centre (you will if you go to the salt mines or auschwitz - the latter is free to get in, the former is quite expensive by polish standards).
my boyfriend and i took £300 for 5 days, and £100 went on a hostel. we took about £40 out of a cashpoint when we were there. so we spent £24 each a day.
one side is cheap one is standard euro price. Generally it wasnt expensive thou and alot of the stuff to do is free.
