just had a phone call on my mobile phone saying that i owe a payment on the mobile account. my mobile is on o2.
i phone BT and it takes ages for them to understand that i DON'T HAVE A BT ACCOUNT. they then tell me that i do have a BT account, for a place that i moved out of in november (and for which i paid the final bills and had it disconnected), and there is a payment owed on that. apparently it was reconnected it my name.
ARGH
the woman said she would 'backdate the payments' to november so that i wouldn't have to pay anything else, but then she got all vague and i don't know if they're just going to send me a bill for it anyway.
all in all: idiots.
