i had my 13 weeks unemployed 'interview' and made a dick of myself at the supermarketcheckout by forgetting my purse and saying "I left it in the car BRB" then cycling away.
But then made loads of nice food to cheer myself up: baba ganoush, lentil pastries, mushroom and b-nut squash risotto, baked honey and cinnamon bananas with brandy set on fire. and now i'm going to make butternut squash, cheddar and sunflower seed bread.
Did you grill it? If so; for how long?

i always overcook it out of forgetfulness, but it's never been to the detriment of my baba, so like an hour? then i peel off the skin and eat that there and then.
I'm going to make some on Wednesday night so will give it a go in the oven.
Also going to try a dip of tahini with equal quantities of greek yoghurt and then lemon and garlic and THAT'S IT. According to my sister it is superior to humous. I have my doubts particularly about the texture.
but liek - innit though?
