I did in all fairness due to the ladyfriend wanting to compare it to the book.

I'd not read it before, but found it largely predictable and one long piece of fairly dull exposition. However, due to me being a sucker for a conspiracy theory (no matter - in fact, especially if - it's far-fetched), feeling like I was watching a movie version of the 'Broken Sword' games and being transfixed by Audrey Tattou's longer hair, I made it to the end. Not as bad as the 1/5 reviews suggested.

But not worth a 3 either.
