How long do you reckon I need to cook 'em for?
There's quite a lot of redwine though - it's basically covering it like a sauce.
check it now and then and give it a wee twirl
25 minutes should do it.
mushroom and duck liver paty on melba toast with aspargus and chives, carbinara done with a spicy sausage, and fruit covered in chocolate and icecream. followed with irish coffees
It's a bit tricky at the moment 'cos my flat has no hob but I'm bored of my over-reliance on ready meals and suchlike...
anything new i try i can usually cook it well
it was my first time last night having the paty (of any kind), asparagus, that spicy sausage, and fruit covered in chocolate

Depends on the size of them/whether they've been boned or not.
