filo's a goood'un. I also like a good old fashioned pie crust now an again.
and this probably isn't it. But after i saw what looney Rachel from Saturday kitchen could do with a choux bun, well, it's kind of stuck with me.
I think I meant puff. Shit.
I thought there was just one: pastry.
and harru's comment, I guess I like puff. Yummy sausage rolls. Filo sounds rubbish: "... usually paper-thin and greatly stretched. They involve several stretched out layers and are wrapped around a filling and brushed with butter. These pastries are very delicate and can break easily."
but so does puff....
