Four thick slices of Cathedral City Mature Cheddar per toast
Slice of Pork and Egg Roll on each piece of toast, underneath the cheese
Layer of Branston's Hot Chilli Jalapeno Relish on top of the cheese, per toast
Put both of them together so it was a butty. Quite incredible. Looked like something you'd see in an American Diner.
