Isn't it right that you can't get or use Spotify in North America? Or if you live in the UK and already have it installed and go to the States or Canada would you still be able to use it?

I just moved home(Canada) and thought that I wouldn't be able to use it over here, but I'm using it right now. Is it just a fluke?
