I'm meant to be meeting someone tonight, but i've come down with something horrible and my glands are swollen and i've been sick and stuff.

It should be really obvious, but i don't know what to tell him without sounding like i'm blowing him off. I felt sick yesterday but i just put that down to hangover and he was really sweet about it, now he'll just think i'm pathetic.

argh. i don't know what to do.

what should i tell him?
