ie. a concert ticket, what do you do?
they told me it was delivered - and i quote - to a neighbour and sgned by someone whose name is not my name. i sent an angry e-mail back. no reply as of yet.
'thank you for your message. According to our records the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour. It had been signed by D. Robesez. Hope you have located your parcel in the meantime. Hope this will be helpful.'
yeah. very helpul. i have a receipt though
go to your neighbours and ask if they are Robesez or if they know where Robesez lives, wouldn't it?
Leaving it with a neighbour is kind of a lot more helpful than taking it back and having to redeliver it...
people are cunts. you will learn this in due course
there's no such person as 'robesez' living in the estate, and the two houses either side are empty
when i replied to kissinginkansas. it's a pretty farcical situation all round! goin to ring UPS later on and give them hell
So unless UPS are misreading it, then that's kinda awful. It's pretty shocking they wouldn't record the address of where they left it - still worth phoning them up, but if it comes to getting refunds I guess that's through the place you got your ticket from.
Step 2@) Scream at them
Step 3) Cry
Step 4) Should've gone to specsavers?
I once ordered a cable connector from a company that use UBS. No attempt at delivery was made. I got my money back for the connector, but was left out of pocket for the delivery charge.
sounds like 'robs this'
the plot thickens
DEE ROBS THIS
In the end he emailed ebuyer and they said: "oh, we'll come and collect it". They had no idea. I wish he'd kept it as then now I'd be looking at this on two screens.
