Getting from Taunton to Minehead (ATP buses being sold out)

marckee [Edit] [Delete] 16:25, 1 May '09

Right, so it’s my fault for not noticing that the chartered coach seats had become available, but basically, here’s a summary:

Weekend 1 (Vs the Fans):
Friday coaches Full - 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
Friday coaches Available – 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Monday Caches Full – 10.15am, 8.30am
Monday Coaches Available – 7.00am

Weekend 2 (Breeders):
Friday coaches Full - 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
Friday coaches Available – 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Monday Caches Full – 10.15am,
Monday Coaches Available – 8.30am, 7am

I get in to Taunton at 12.30 (on the 10.00am train from Paddington). When I’ve tried to get the public bus before, it’s varied from a 15 minute wait to a two-hour wait, and I don’t want the hassle, boredom and risk involved.

Anybody want to go in on a 7-seater taxi? The cost should work out at about the same as the buses/coaches (which are £6 each way). I’m going to see how many we can rustle up from our chalet, but it’ll probably not be a full taxi’s worth.

Please sign below and/or send me a PM.

Thanks
