As a consequence of fuckwittery both on my part (not properly checking bank statements) and Virgin Media (just not really being able to do their job generally), it transpires they owe me something in the region of £400.

I know what to do RE: calling them etc, just wondered if anyone had any experience of trying to get dosh back off them. I should put the champagne on ice, shouldn't I?
