and before you say anything i've just proved it by eating and not enjoying a slice of cold pizza.
I like how it tends to congeal together when cold, plus it's usually eaten cold when you're hungover so that may affect one's perception of how toadally awesome it is.
pan pizzas are not though.

By the way, hot or cold; both immense. Pizza can only be spolied my having a big fat crust, and even then I'll choke it down.

but then i thought it's spelled albumen, so you might have just got carried away because you like bleach so much. it is pretty great.
Up until recently I thought it was albumen too.
Everything I thought I knew about eggs could be wrong.
Note that the protein 'albumin' is spelled with an "i", while "albumen" with an "e", is the white of an egg which contains (among other things) several dozen types of albumin (with an 'i'), mostly ovalbumin.
