Hi, if you know how to use Flash well, maybe you can help?

I want to import video into Flash so I can rotoscope over it for an animation. I have Flash 8, and i cant figure out a way to do it. Im sure Ive done it before with an older version, it basically imported in all the frames of the video into the timeline. thats all I want. simple.
But it wont let me do this on Flash 8, it will only let me bring it in on a video player, not in the actual timeline.

So, can you help?
