My data looks a bit like this but more complex

id treatment 1 treatment 2 treatment 3

3452 0 0 0

How do I produce an output that would sum the treatment types for each id, for example, for the first row total would be 2, the second row 0, and the third row 3?

Oh man I dont know anything :(
