i can't say smoking makes me feel any less angry or stressed in stressful moments.
in other news, i've managed to stop smoking in bed/within 5 minutes of waking up. this can only be a good thing. it's an unfortunate, and fairly gross, side effect of being single a fair while that these routines creep in. scaling down at this rate, maybe quitting by 30 isn't such an unrealistic/unwanted goal after all.
