I've never played Scrabble. Or Risk.
or The Game of Life.
does that count as a classic?
"get married, HAVE A BAAABY".
No, I have played every classic board game. FACT
It's the cornerstone of boardgaming
sscrabble is DULL
All those pointy bits confuse me.
I think I'd enjoy it though.
but on a tabletop?
The Game of Life
Can't think of any others...
Next time there is a thread about stuff that you hate, can someone remind me to go in to a Risk-based rant? I always forget when I have to think about it.
It was great fun.
Dungeons & Dragons
i never "played" it but i used to have "wars" with it.
A shit one.
I hadn't played risk until a few months ago.
Never played it. Never really appealed to me.
How can people NOT have played classic board games?
Yes, we loved it as a family but last year we threw it out finally as we realised it would never get played again.
and shockingly Trivial Pursuit.
Have wanted to play them for years but i have no friends
and god I hate board games - always get so bored by them so quickly.
Same with poker. Rubbish.
Mahjongg is the best board game. It has DRAGONS and it isn't lame.
Haunted Wood or Mahoney's Inheritence or another Ravensburger game where you have to set up loads of speakeasys in prohibition times america.
I wouldn't class mahjongg as a board game. It doesn't even have a board. twat.
I have played it really though I was joking
Best board game bar none.
What even IS Risk?
I used to play dominoes loads. And Triominoes! Who remembers that?!
And Diplomacy but I'm not convinced that's a "classic".
