"In July 2005, Kenneth Pinyan, a seemingly unassuming engineer, was anonymously abandoned at Washington state hospital, and died shortly after of a perforated colon. The subsequent police investigation led authorities to a nearby farm, where they discovered a videotape depicting Pinyan and various others engaging in sexual activities with a number of horses.
