How do people get their supplies in this area?

There is a local 24 hour overpriced market owned by some kurdish gangsters that I'm banned from now for dropping a packet of toilet rolls so even that's out.

Is there a reasonably priced supermarket type place around this area? I have been living on takeouts for a week!
