Has anyone any experience of this? Apparently i carried out some sleep terrorism the other night. It went thus:

Around half midnight i jumped from the bed, tried to hurdle the bed frame using a fialry large TV as support. Unfortunately my shin failed to clear the frame resulting in me toppling said TV in an attempt to balance (i assume). Result? Me on floor with broken tv all around me, with what i thought was a broken leg, and some heavy brusing to my arm. I then apparently shouted a lot at the missus before waking up in a mostly confused (and painful) state.

Having looked it up, it appears sleep terror could be to blame as i have no real recollection of any nightmarish scenario in my dream, it was fairly early into my sleep (i.e. outwith REM), and i shouted - these are tell-tale signs.
