Shit the fucking bed. Salmon in a Thai spicy broth
chop lemongrass, chilli, shallotts and shrooms
add to 300ml of stock on tha hob
tsp caster sugar and simmer for 10 minutes
meanwhile fry up a salmon fillet, nice and crispy on one side. Remove and season with salt and pepper
wilt some spinach for liek 20 seconds in the broth then remove and place in a shallow bowl. pop the salmon on top of this
then add tbsp lime juice and tbsp Thai fish sauce to the broth and pour over the salmon
Seriously this completely slayed.
