Anyone who says "Can I get a..."

I fail to see why this annoying phrase entered our culture. Along with Starbucks and every other cunty Americanism we all have to live with in this fucked up country. It is not "Can I get a pint of lager?" Otherwise an appropriate answer might be; "Yes, you can. You will find it just underneath that moving bus over there."
