ok so i had a roast dinner on sunday and had loads of leftovers. so i made it all into a soup.
i started off by frying some onions and celery in wine and then poured in all of the stock i'd made from the chicken bones. ok so far right? then i bunged in the leftovers:
and blended it all up. still ok? then i added the gravy. about 3/4 pint probs. and then stuck in a bit spinach and a load of tobasco for effect.
