i HATE doing exercise. i fucking hate it. and i think its dead boring and takes up too much time. however, if i dint exercise i would literally be the fattest man alive.
team sports are obviously fun but i cant be arsed with the commitment these days. i like my weekends to myself thank you very much.
so how do you maintain fitness without excersising? theres no way really is there? let me know if there is.
i really dont understand people who acatually enjoy running/punishing themselves. i reckon its just cos they're shit at football (same as people who like playing frisbie).
